2. Data Collection and Purpose
The DATUXA software is designed to analyze data using artificial intelligence, enabling users to work with AI on their own computers without writing any code. When you register on our website, we collect membership information such as your name, email, phone number, and address.
Purpose of Data Collection:
• To issue invoices.
• To inform you about Datuxa and group services, targeted marketing, service updates, and promotional offers via your preferred communication channels.
• To send marketing promotions via email (with an option to opt out provided in the email).
• When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
• An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
3. Data Retention Periods
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. The retention periods are as follows:
